You must have an ABN (Australian Business Number) to be able to order from this website with a purchase order. Account holders must pay for their orders 14 days from date of invoice. Other customers may be required to make payment in the form of credit card prior to delivery of goods, for more information regarding upfront payments please contact the CleverStuff Crew on 1300 552 500.
Customers must register for a login to purchase from this website. To register please click on the Registration Form under the Child Care Centre tab, and follow the prompts. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information about how we use your personal information. Once activated, your login details will be sent to the email address specified upon registration.
If paying by a credit card, your card will be charged when your order is placed. We recommend you select items that are in stock when ordering online as out of stock items will be placed on back order (usually if it's on the website it's in stock - but we all know technology can play tricks on us, so if you would like confirmation please get in touch).
In the event of a back order, your invoice will indicate that an item is out of stock and it will be sent to you freight free when it returns to stock with CleverStuff. CleverStuff reserves the right to cancel all back orders.
It’s pretty easy to order and pay securely with your credit card. We have a completely secure payment system, and never keep customer credit card details, so you can never be compromised.
You can email your order to sales@cleverstuff.com.au. Please ensure you list product codes, descriptions, prices, delivery charge and be sure to add 10% GST.

Prices are current at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice. All prices in this website include GST. If your business is registered for GST, the GST amount on your invoice can be claimed with your BAS (Business Activity Statement).
Freight charges may apply depending on size, weight and destination of order. While CleverStuff aims to have your order delivered as soon as possible, please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
Please inspect all goods upon delivery for possible damage during transit. CleverStuff aims to provide high quality merchandise at all times. However, if an item is faulty or damaged, please notify customer service within 7 days or receiving your goods.
All returns must be authorised by CleverStuff, who will advise the best method of return and freight liability.
Any goods returned without authorisation will not be credited and may incur additional freight charges.

As products are subject to design/colour changes at any time, CleverStuff reserves the right to supply the current available item.Occasionally some individual items in a Set will be out of stock. CleverStuff may substitute appropriate items within reason to complete your order.
